Ordering:

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes containing your order number and other order-related information.

 

Method of Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment. We also accept Paypal.

 

Pricing:

All prices are displayed in US currency. International orders will be billed at the current currency conversion rates. Your credit card will not be billed until your order has shipped. Any applicable credits or refunds will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

 

Sales Tax:

We charge sales tax as required by law at the current published rates.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail which will include your tracking information.

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

You may return merchandise in like new condition within 30 days for a full refund less the shipping and any discounts used during the checkout. In the unlikely instance a damaged or defective item is received, we urge you to contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we may authorize an exchange. All exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt. Once this time frame has lapsed, all exchange requests will be at the discretion of Teacher Top 5.

 

Refusals:

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier will be returned to Teacher Top 5 and the customer will be refunded less shipping and handling. The customer will then be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

 

Cancellations:

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email customerservice@teachertop5.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the returns process to exchange the product.
